MAQ is the railway station code for Mangalore Central. 5:05 is the evening passenger the founders caught home to Kasaragod after classes in Mangalore — two strangers from different colleges, introduced once by a mutual friend. One evening it was just the two of them on the ride, and that first real conversation, repeated train after train, became a friendship and then this company. We work from both cities the 5:05 connects, and we build the way that train runs: daily, on time, for people who depend on it.
